Cristiano Ronaldo fills Becks' 'shoes' in Armani ad
It seems Cristiano Ronaldo is following in the footsteps of David Beckham in every way.
Fresh from his £80 million move from Man Utd to Spanish football club Real Madrid, the sporting ace has now taken over from Becks as the new face of Emporio Armani men’s underwear.
In the campaign, Cristiano - who does 3,000 sit-ups a day - gives hunky David a run for his money with his toned torso and muscular legs.
"Cristiano is a great looking man with the perfect physique of an athlete," Giorgio Armani says.
"For me, he is the essence of youth - spontaneous, exciting, a real maverick. It is for his energy that I have chosen Cristiano to become the new face of Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Underwear - for his youthful, exciting and yes, sexy, attitude."
