Serena Williams makes comeback in hot-pink lycra

Serena Williams caused a stir as she made her comeback to tennis following a health scare.

The 29-year-old donned a fluorescent pink Lycra one-piece and posted a photograph of herself on Twitter with the caption: "Look who I spotted on the court. Her first day back."

The 13-time Grand Slam champion was diagnosed with a blood clot the "size of a grapefruit" in her lung in February and needed an operation to remove it.

She's still uncertain whether she will compete in this year's Wimbledon however.

Her agent said: "I'm not sure she’s going to be practising every day right away; she’s going to go out every day as she feels it."
