It's fair to say that the past few weeks have been a testing time for Gordon and Tana Ramsay.

But the couple are seemingly determined not to let family problems ruin their 13-year marriage.

The husband and wife are said to be "back on track" after Tana flew to the US for crisis talks with her man.

Gordon is currently Stateside filming a new series of his Channel 4 show Kitchen Nightmares.

Tana apparently touched down in New Jersey on Thursday, leaving 24 hours later.

The talks came a day after Gordon released an open letter to his mother-in-law, asking that she stop "punishing" Tana after his decision to fire his father-in-law from the family business.

It emerged he also sacked Tana's brother and nephew from the company, which is said to be £17m in debt.
