The Duchess of Cambridge was the picture of elegance in a stunning blue dress as she gave her first public speech at The Treehouse Hospice in Ipswich.
But keen-eyed onlookers noted that they had seen the outfit, by High Street label Reiss, before.
The dress - from the company's Autumn/Winter 2008 collection - had been debuted by Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, previously at Ascot in 2010.
Kate accessorised the dress with black court shoes, and a wide black belt.
When Carole wore the same outfit, she also teamed it with black courts and a belt, but chose to wear a fascinator to the equestrian event.
