Home help: Michelle Obama set to be on reality TV
After making appearances on both Sesame Street and iCarly, America's first lady is making the shift from children's TV to reality show.
Michelle Obama has agreed to appear on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
The show finds families who have experienced misfortune and builds them their dream homes.
As part of her Joining Forces initiative for military families, the Mom-in-Chief will take part in an episode that focuses on US Navy veteran Barbara Marshall and her family.
Barbara, a campaigner for homeless veterans, will also have Michelle's help in building new houses for several families.
Michelle will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina to shoot the episode that will air in October.
