Lady Gaga to perform for the Queen
Newcomer Lady Gaga has been booked to sing in front of the Queen at this year’s Royal Variety Performance on December 7.
Known for her outrageous outfits, the wacky singer will perform among the likes of Bette Midler, Whoopi Goldberg, Mika, Alexandra Burke and Michael Buble.
It's not known whether the 23-year-old will tone down her act for the British monarch.
Last month's MTV Awards saw the singer pretend to stab herself while playing the piano.
As fake blood sprayed over her white costume, she ended the performance of her single Paparazzi by hanging from the ceiling.
