Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills has bought a leading vegan food company, an acquisition she has described as "a dream come true".
The 41-year-old, who recently appeared on This Morning to demonstrate some of the cuisine available in her new vegan restaurant Vbites, has purchased the Redwood Wholefood Company.
Animal rights' campaigner Heather has said she has been a fan of its "ethical, compassionate foods" for many years.
Her latest foray into the world of cuisine puts the former model in direct competition with her former-husband's first wife, Linda McCartney, whose range of frozen vegetarian meals were launched in 1991.
Director of Redwood Rod Garland has said: "Heather shares the same values and aims as us, namely to spread compassion across the planet and promote a healthy and more ethical lifestyle."
