Lindsay Lohan is suing rapper Pitbull for defamation in his hit song Give Me Everything.

The actress - who was placed under house arrest earlier this year for stealing a necklace - is upset by the line: "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoeing, keep flowin'/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."

Her lawyer's official documents have requested an injunction that would stop the song's broadcast and demand compensation for damages.

The lawsuit reads: "The lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff." 

"[Lindsay is] a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild."

It seems the 25-year-old is trying to repair her reputation after time spent in jail, rehab and house arrest in recent years.
