She is one of the most recognisable women in British music, but recently Sarah Harding's appearance has looked a little different.

This week, the Girls Aloud beauty seemed to have a noticeably fuller pout when she went along to London's Hyde Park Winter Wonderland with her mum and DJ boyfriend Tom Crane (pictured).

The 29-year-old singer's new look was first noticed on when she attended the Pride of Britain awards at the start of November.

And her fresh-faced appearance at the Hyde Park event on Wednesday served to further accentuate her voluptuous lips.

In the past, Sarah has denied reports she has had plastic surgery; earlier this year she laughed off rumours that she had had a breast enhancement.

But she has previously said she would consider going under the knife.
