Julianne Moore to play Hillary Clinton in new TV film
The actress is to portray the former First Lady in The Special Relationship, which starts filming in July. Dennis Quaid stars as Bill Clinton in the flick which focuses on the US presidency at the time of the Monica Lewinsky scandal
