With two days to go before the royal wedding preparations are underway to transform Westminster Abbey into a lush indoor forest.
More than four tons of foliage have been ordered in an attempt to evoke an English country garden effect.
Eight 20ft-high trees will create a 'Living Avenue' under which guests will walk to their seats.
Each of the trees has been placed in a planter personally designed by the bride-to-be's floral designer Shane Connolly and the entire scheme is reportedly costing up to £50,000.
