Pete Doherty found himself back in court on Tuesday.
The Babyshambles singer was charged with possession of cocaine following an investigation into the death of filmmaker Robyn Whitehead earlier this year.
Robyn was making a documentary on Pete in the days leading up to her death.
The 31-year-old star – who dated supermodel Kate Moss – was one of four people arrested during the enquiry.
This followed reports he had attended a party at the flat where she died the night before she was found.
Two other men in the group were also charged with drugs related offences.
All three are on bail and are due to appear in court again in mid October.
