Kelly put on a youthful display for her night out

Due to her 4.30am start to the day, the Live with Kelly and Ryan host normally skips breakfast until she finishes recording the show.

She told Bon Appetit: "At the host chat desk, I'll have a triple shot skim latte… I find that if I eat beforehand, I'm just making digesting sounds."

Kelly and her husband Mark have very clean diets

For lunch, Kelly normally has a salad or yogurt and blueberries and when it comes to dinner she typically eats salad or soup. "At dinner, I eat a ton of vegetables – and a salad, soup, or a light piece of fish," she told Good Housekeeping.

"I try not to have too much cheese or too many high-fat foods, even though I love them."

However, the former All My Children star is also not afraid to treat herself, and she did just that during the coronavirus pandemic.

During an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live the star joked that she had been straying away from her strict routine. "I eat solid food. I am not on an all-liquid diet, I'm on an all-carbohydrate diet," she said.
