Mia Grace Tindall quickly became one of our favourite young royals when she starred in the Queen's 90th birthday portrait back in 2016. Zara and Mike Tindall's little girl managed to steal the spotlight from the monarch and her young royal relatives, including Prince George and Princess Charlotte, as she was pictured hilariously holding her great-grandmother's handbag.

Mia, an adorable scene-stealer, was born in January 2014. Her parents Zara and Mike proudly introduced their daughter in an exclusive photoshoot and interview with HELLO! with Zara saying at the time: "I still keep looking at Mia and thinking, 'Oh! We made that!'" The doting mother added that Mia was "pretty relaxed and happy so far".

Fast-forward four years and the cherubic little blonde has just become a big sister! Zara and Mike welcomed their second child, a daughter, on 19 June. The palace announced in a statement: "Mrs Michael Tindall was safely delivered of a baby girl on 18th June, at Stroud Maternity Unit. Mr Tindall was present at the birth. The weight of the baby was 9lbs 3oz.

"The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Mike's parents, Mr Philip and Mrs Linda Tindall, have been informed and are delighted with the news."

Let's take a look at Mia's cutest moments…

Mia is sure to make the best big sister! She has the happiest childhood, growing up in Gatcombe Park, Princess Anne's royal estate. The little girl is always pictured laughing her head off and playing with her cousins and parents.

Just like her mother Zara, Mia doesn't hold a royal title. Princess Anne famously turned down the Queen's offer to make Zara a Princess when she was born, and Zara did the same for her daughter. Her non-royal status means that Mia will never have to take part in royal tours, like her cousins Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and she will be able to pursue other career opportunities outside of the Household.

"She's got quite a little personality on her, and we encourage that," her dad Mike has said.

One of Mia's best friends is Charlie Meade, son of rider Harry Meade. The adorable pair are often pictured at equestrian events at Gatcombe Park, keeping their parents on their toes no doubt!

Zara, who won a silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, has previously joked: "In a funny kind of way it's like having another type of high-performance horse on your hands. You've got to get them in a schedule and feed. I wasn't maternal at all before I had Mia but it's an incredible bond you have. I'm lucky she's very good."

Mia is clearly a daddy's girl! When she was a newborn, her dad Mike, a retired rugby player, said: "Once you get to four months and they start smiling at you, when you get interaction your bonds grow more and more. Like this morning I was playing with her and she smiles if you do something funny and it makes you feel good about yourself."

The little girl greets her uncle Prince William at the polo. Mike has previously opened up about Mia and Prince George's first meeting, saying: "I don't think Mia will remember that day, she was two months old, but it was great, it was carnage. George was eating at the time. He'd got to that stage where more food goes on the table than in his mouth. Mia was just chilling and sleeping, she sleeps a lot, she's quite relaxed."

Mike has previously said he wouldn't want to send his children to boarding school. "I'm certainly not keen on sending Mia away to a boarding school at the other end of the country. I know many people who say boarding was the making of them because they forged great independence from their parents, but I don't really want her to be distanced from us," he said.

"We have always had sport in our lives and through our childhood," said Zara. "I think that really is important in every child's life to have that opportunity. I think we have got it off our parents and hopefully we can pass that on to Mia."
