A converted 1880s book bindery in Tribeca is proving to be one of the hottest properties in New York after Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have become the latest stars to snap up an apartment in the building. According to property website Trulia, the couple have splashed out $20million (£15.5million) on a four-bedroom, six-bathroom penthouse in the building, where Harry Styles and fellow A-List couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds own apartments.

Jennifer Lawrence is also one of the famous residents of the building, and recently listed her three-bedroom apartment for rent for £21,000 ($27,500) per month. It's no surprise Justin and Jessica have invested in the property; as well as providing a spacious 5,375 square foot home for themselves and son Silas to enjoy, all residents have access to amenities that include a 24-hour doorman, 71-foot indoor pool, a Turkish bath and landscaped roof deck that would offer impressive views across Manhattan. The open plan penthouse – one of eight in the building – has plenty of space for the couple and any visitors to enjoy. There is a huge dining table to seat ten next to the kitchen, as well as a separate living area and outdoor terrace with further seating. The property is decorated in a neutral colour scheme and huge glass doors around the exterior to add a light and airy feel.

All of the properties within this converted book bindery have traditional wooden beams and pillars running throughout the living space. The kitchen is modern and open with aluminium fitted cupboards and a double fridge-freezer, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of stools and seats for guests to sit at.

All residents in the building have access to this 71-foot indoor pool, where there is also a Turkish bath and soft seating to relax in. Who knows who Justin and Jessica might bump into while swimming lengths; Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively also own a flat in the building, along with One Direction star Harry Styles.
