Dr. Jennifer Ashton is showing off her swimsuit body. The 57-year-old American physician and former correspondent on Good Morning America posted before-and-after photos in a swimsuit, proving that women "don't need gimmicks or hype" to get the body of their dreams.
In the before-and-after photos, Jennifer posed in black one piece swimsuits. One photo was taken in December 2025, the other taken in April 2026. And while the 57-year-old is the same weight in both photos, she feels happier now than four months later.
"Same weight. This is why I don't prioritize the number on the scale," she wrote, adding: "I'm happy with how I look in both photos, but with the second photo, but I'm even happier with how I feel. And honestly, at 57, that means more to me than it would have 20 years ago."
How did Dr. Jennifer Ashton transform her body?
Jennifer credits the change in her body to the Ajenda Wellness Experiment that she built with professional trainer Korey Rowe.
"This phase is not maintenance, and it is definitely not a plateau. It's progression," she explained. "None of it came from one magic workout, a supplement stack, one hack, or one dramatic January reinvention. It came from the boring, challenging things."
The board certified ObGyn, obesity med, and nutritionist encouraged her followers to join her in this experiment.
"That is the part I hope women over 50 understand: this stage of life is not the beginning of decline by default," Jennifer explained about the program. "But it does require a different strategy. We don't need gimmicks or hype. We need a plan."
She continued: "That's why I built the Ajenda Wellness Experiment. A science-backed, structured system for strength, metabolic health, nutrition, flexibility, recovery, and community. No arrogance or unrealistic promises. No blame or 'lowering the bar' of what's possible."
