X Factor winner Alexandra Burke began the countdown to Christmas on Tuesday as she entertained crowds of Londoners with a medley of seasonal songs.
Filling the banks of the River Thames with her melodic voice, Alex sang Silent Night, her number one hit, Hallelujah, and a rendition of Quality Street favourite, Magic Moments.
And magic moments there certainly were. Before pulling up younger members of the crowd to sing with her, Alex performed a debut duet with her mother.
One fan was also treated to a kiss under the mistletoe.
"Today was great fun! Being able to sing side by side with my fans was really special - I am now feeling very festive and can’t wait for Christmas!" Alex says.
