Christina Ricci and comedian beau shelve plans to wed
Monster actress Christina Ricci and her comedian boyfriend Owen Benjamin have reportedly called off their engagement.
Sources close to the pair say the couple decided to re-evaluate things after an argument at a party last week.
"They really are still close," says the pal. "They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They're definitely still friends."
Twenty-nine-year-old Christina met Owen last year on the set of their joint project All's Faire In Love. They announced their engagement in March.
Christina's representative has declined to comment on the break up claims.
