Sarah Ferguson launches Oscar hope film in LA
The Duchess of York was in LA this week to proudly present Young Victoria - her pet project which she hopes may win an Oscar next year.
At the US premiere Sarah joined the stars of the flick Emily Blunt and Rupert Friend on the red carpet.
The film, which recounts the early days of Britian's iconic monarch and her romance with Prince Albert, is expected to do well at the box office in the US.
Movie insiders have hotly-tipped it to be an Academy Award favourite at the 2010 ceremony.
