Alesha Dixon defying the cold in a mini-dress

Alesha Dixon shrugged off the cold snap as she arrived at a Britain's Got Talent London audition with bare shoulders and a mini-dress.

Despite the chill, the show judge wore a peplum-waisted white dress from Sass and Bide with pink, black and yellow detail.

Guest judge Carmen Electra - who found fame after donning a Baywatch swimsuit - dressed more conservatively in skin-tight black trousers and black blouse.

The guest judge chose to fend off the cold with a long-sleeved white jacket.

Both stars wore lofty platform stilettos, despite there being snow on the ground outside the Hammersmith Apollo just a day earlier.

Carmen was standing in for Amanda Holden who is still recovering after spending three days in a critical condition following the birth of daughter Hollie a fortnight ago.

Amanda is due to return to the show when the auditions reach Edinburgh on Saturday.
