Jack Tweed at Jade Goody's graveside for her 28th birthday

Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed paid an emotional visit to her final resting place on Friday, the day the late reality star would have celebrated her 28th birthday. 

The 21-year-old – whose wife passed away on Mother's Day, exactly one month after they wed –  arrived carrying 'Happy Birthday' balloons and a card. He then spent time in quiet reflection at the Epping Forest site before reading the cards and letters left by fans.

In his birthday card Jack wrote: "To my beautiful wife. You are strongly in my heart on this special day as you are always, Jade. I miss you so much, words cannot explain."

"There is not a minute, hour, day or week that goes by where I am not thinking of you. I would give the world to bring you back, but I know you are always with me. I love you Jade always and forever, your husband Jack xxx"

Jade's mum Jackiey left a floral tribute which read: "To my beautiful daughter. Cannot believe you're not with me on this special day. Always in my heart, Love you Mum xxx"
