Katherine Jenkins makes vintage entrance at UK festival

Arriving in the back of an open top vintage Rolls Royce, and a vision in a low-cut emerald green gown, Katherine Jenkins was the centre of attention as she rode into the Henley Festival this week.

The opera beauty was the star draw on the opening night of the five-day Berkshire festival of music and arts - held every July after the Henley Royal Regatta boat race.

This week has been a busy one for the pretty mezzo-soprano. The day before Henley, she opened the first Ashes test between England and Australia in Cardiff with a rendition of Welsh hymn Land Of My Fathers.

And the blonde singer shared a confession with her Twitter followers after the event. "Never been to a cricket match before but the atmosphere was great," wrote the 29-year-old.
