Ed Miliband reveals name of 'gorgeous' newborn baby
Labour party leader Ed Miliband and his partner Justine are celebrating after the Sunday night arrival of their new baby.
The couple have decided to call the little boy Samuel, in honour of Ed's paternal grandfather.
He will also have the middle names Stewart – after Justine's father – and Thornton, which is her surname.
Mr Miliband, who will take two weeks paternity leave, said on Monday: "Thanks for all the good wishes. He's gorgeous. Mum and baby doing great."
Ed and Justine have another little boy – 18-month-old Daniel Thornton.
