Katy Perry starts Victoria's Secret gala with a bang

With her voluptuous figure and penchant for eye-catching costumes, Katy Perry was a perfect choice to open the Victoria's Secret fashion show in New York.

And the newlywed brunette didn't disappoint, putting on a spectacular show at the annual lingerie extravaganza.

Katy sang a medley of her hits, including Teenage Dream and California Gurls.

She even gave the famous underwear brand's angels a run for their money in a low cut purple bustier before doing a turn in a quirky yellow PVC dress and thigh-high lace-up black boots.

It's been a busy week for the 26-year-old – who's firmly back in work mode after getting back from her Maldives honeymoon with Russell Brand.
