Alec Baldwin's hospital scare a 'misunderstanding'
A representative for It's Complicated actor Alec Baldwin has stated the actor's admission to hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning was a "misunderstanding."
An ambulance was called to the star's New York home, following a 911 call, thought to have been made by his 14-year-old daughter, Ireland, his only child with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
It was reported that the 51-year-old was described as "unresponsive"
When police and medics arrived at his New York pad Alec agreed to be taken to hospital.
He stayed there for an hour before being released by doctors.
The actor's spokeperson added that, "absolutely no drugs or alcohol" were involved in the incident.
