No charges for Kerry Katona over assault claim
Kerry Katona will face no further action following her arrest on suspicion of assaulting her accountant, police have confirmed.
Mum-of-four Kerry was arrested in August after she attended a business meeting in which accountant David McHugh was allegedly attacked.
At the time Kerry believed Mr McHugh was at fault for her current bankrupt status.
In the same month, the former Atomic Kitten was relieved of her ad duties at supermarket chain Iceland following the release of pictures which allegedly showed her taking drugs.
