Kate Middleton confirmed into Church of England
Kate Middleton has been confirmed into the Church of England in a secret ceremony at St James's Palace.
The future princess underwent "counselling" sessions with the Bishop of London prior to her confirmation.
She will now be able to take Holy Communion alongside Prince William as a full member of the Anglican Church.
The 29-year-old was baptised at the age of five months but never took religion further. However sources close to Kate insist her decision was due to a "personal journey" into faith.
