Jack Bauer keeps me fit, reveals Kiefer Sutherland
He has an army of fans across the globe, but Kiefer Sutherland says that he doesn't pay much attention to his physical appearance.
It's the fast-paced life of his character Jack Bauer that he has to thank for his buff bod, he has revealed.
"I don't think about how I look but the work helps alot," he says.
"Just staying really active."
Fans can see the hunky actor reprising his heroic role in the new season of 24. Having already kicked off in the US last Sunday, viewers in the UK can catch up this weekend.
