Hollywood ladies stung in beauty salon swindle
Being a celebrity and seemingly “having it all” doesn’t protect you from falling victim to others’ misdeeds.
A string of Hollywood stars have been named in a case against their Beverly Hills hair salon whose owner is charged with defrauding the actresses of some serious cash.
Jennifer Aniston, Liv Tyler, Anne Hathaway, and Melanie Griffith are all said to be victims of the beauty salon swindle.
The owner of the shop allegedly stored the actresses’ credit card details after payment and later used the information to make unauthorised purchases for herself.
She is accused of making £180,000 worth of fraudulent charges in a one-year period.
