There is yet more drama facing troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
She is currently being investigated by police after an employee of the Betty Ford Center claimed she was attacked by the actress.
This week, Dawn Holland made a statement to TMZ in which she said Lindsay assaulted her when she tried to get the star to take a breathalyser test.
According to the chemical dependency technician, Lindsay and two other patients "snuck out" and "went drinking" but were caught "trying to jump over the back wall".
When she was called to administer the tests, Dawn said trouble erupted between her and Lindsay, whom she described as "very angry and out of control."
Claiming the actress "grabbed" her wrist she added that "she (Lindsay) had alcohol on her breath."
"I did not touch the woman," she continued. "I am not willing to risk my job over any patient."
Within minutes of the story being posted, Betty Ford released a statement confirming Dawn Holland had been fired for violating "strict confidentiality guidelines".
Lindsay, 24, has since been moved to a another location.
She reportedly insists she was hit first by the technician and that she defended herself by pushing her away.
