Royal watchers might be advised to have their wedding hats ready since the BBC has already started preparing a documentary on Prince William and Kate Middleton ahead of a possible engagement.
The making of the film, tentatively titled Their Story, has raised questions over whether the broadcaster has been tipped off about a forthcoming announcement. But sources say this is not the case.
"It's too early to put champagne on ice," a Clarence House source tells the Sun newspaper. Meanwhile the BBC has said they are simply preparing for "different eventualities".
