J Lo blindfolded by Casper for 'surprise' party

Jennifer Lopez was treated by choreographer boyfriend Casper Smart to what is thought to have been a surprise birthday party.

The superstar, who had enjoyed a pre-brithday dinner the night before, had a colourful scarf held to her face to blindfold her as she was led to a luxury yacht to celebrate her 43rd.

In a vibrant orange Tom Ford dress and matching stilettos J Lo looked delighted as the yaht was revealed in the harbour at uptown Manhattan.

The birthday girl then partied with friends amidst silver and black balloons and was presented with a large cake in the shape of a teddy bear bearing a card that read: 'Happy Birthday BEAR!'
