Friends reunited: Robbie joins Take That for Haiti song

Take That fans got a glimpse of what they'd long been waiting for at last year's Children In Need concert (pictured).

And they're in for another treat now that Robbie Williams has decided to join his former band mates on a charity single.

The fivesome will join stars including Kylie Minogue and Mariah Carey in lending their vocals for a single - arranged by Simon Cowell - to help survivors of the Haiti earthquake.

The song, a cover of Everybody Hurts by REM, will mark the first time that the ex-bandmates have appeared on the same recording since 1995.

Robbie says he is "honoured" to be a part of the organisation.

“We can all do something to help the people of Haiti - and I urge everyone to do what they can,” he says.
