Singer Liam Gallagher previously scoffed at the idea of warming up before gigs, but he's revealed that as he's got older he now has to.
The former Oasis frontman now has his own band Beady Eye, and says that he takes much more care of his voice so as to avoid cancelling any performances.
He said: "I remember having a chat with Roger Daltrey. He was going, 'Oh you should warm up". And I'm like, 'f*** that'.
"I was young and I was like, I'm not doing any of that nonsense'," he said, mimicking practising a scale.
Although Liam, 39, still refuses to practice any scales before going on stage, he does take half an hour or so to sing with his guitar beforehand.
