Susan Boyle turns down Simon Cowell's holiday offer

She has become one of the most recognised people in the world over the last twelve months, but Susan Boyle still has her feet firmly on the ground.

The 48-year-old has turned down an offer from Simon Cowell for her to go on holiday.

Music mogul Simon offered the singer an all-expenses paid break to help her get over the shock of finding an intruder at her home.

"She said it was a sweet offer but wanted to stay at home, and if she changed her mind, she would call him," a source reveals.

Security has been increased outside Susan's West Lothian home in case of any further break-ins.

"I want this person to be found and put my mind at ease," Susan has reportedly said.
