Frank Lampard's number one fan: Christine Bleakley
Summer holidays were a distant memory for Frank Lampard as he took to the pitch at the weekend.
Thankfully for the footballer his ever-present companion over these past few months, girlfriend Christine Bleakley, was there to cheer him on from the stands.
And the former One Show presenter brought good luck to the midfielder as his team Chelsea beat Stoke 2-0 on Saturday.
Christine will soon be back to the daily grind, too, when she begins her new ITV morning show Daybreak on September 6th.
The hot couple have had a busy summer with Frank playing for England in the World Cup in South Africa, but the two were also able to get away from it all and enjoy a romantic holiday in Sardinia.
