Dancing Queen Meryl Streep jigs up the red carpet
Jigging on the red carpet in New York, Meryl Streep looks like she's still promoting song and dance extravaganza Mamma Mia!
Or perhaps the veteran actress is just anticipating that her new flick Julie & Julia will be just as big a hit as the musical or fashion movie Devil Wears Prada.
Together, the two flicks wracked up $1 billion in global sales, putting the legend just behind Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston in earning power for 2008.
Meryl's release this summer is being touted as another potential box-office winner.
It tells the story of Julia Childs - the Fifties equivalent of Martha Stewart or Nigella Lawson - and a modern-day temp played by Amy Adams.
In the film Amy's character embarks on a quest to cook every one of the recipes in the domestic goddess' classic Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
