When it came to squeezing into what were surely the tightest pair of leather trousers ever stitched together, there was really only one woman for the job.

Uber-slender Victoria Beckham pulled off the striking Cat Woman-style look as she trawled London's designer outlets for more additions to her wardrobe.

Currently in the UK to support husband David as he plays his 100th England game, the dedicated fashionista caused quite a stir as she headed for the Balenciaga store in head-to-toe black teamed with her usual outsized sunnies and Christian Louboutin shoes.

Victoria - who's getting back to the business of designing her dVb jeans after her recent Spice Girls tour - then wound up her retail outing by popping into Mayfair restaurant Scott's for a spot of lunch.
