She first made international headlines in “that” dress at the premiere of Four Weddings And A Funeral, but Elizabeth Hurley, 36, swapped Versace pins for safety pins when she gave birth to son Damien in April 2002. Describing herself as “buxom and curvaceous as a Thomas Hardy wench” the former face of Estee Lauder revelled in her pregnant state. Though within months she lost the 53lbs she’d gained, making her ready to hit the red carpet as before, these days a “much, much, much happier” Liz prefers the special moments she has with her little one. “What I had absolutely no idea about is that I would be dying to get home just to go and play,” she says. “Or even if he’s asleep. If I’m sitting out at dinner I really just want to go home… It’s such a nice feeling. I love it. I really adore it.” |
