Prince William took some serious knocks on the pitch this past weekend as girlfriend Kate Middleton cheered him on from the sidelines.
The Prince of Wales' elder son demonstrated his athletic skills during a rugby tournament at St Andrews, tackling – and tumbling – with the best of them.
Kate, who is also a student at the Scottish university, was spotted taking in the action with a pair of female pals.
And apparently watching the handsome royal get physical on the field helped Kate work up an appetite.
The pretty 22-year-old, who recently returned from a ski trip with the Royal Family, took a break from the match, standing with her casually-dressed friends as she snacked on a hamburger. |
