Queen Mary of Denmark
Tasmanian-born Mary Donaldson met Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark at a pub during the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
The pair became engaged in 2003 and married on 14 May 2004 at Copenhagen.
The couple have four children - Crown Prince Christian, Princess Isabella and twins, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine.
On 14 January 2024, Frederik became King of Denmark following his mother Queen Margrethe's abdication, making Mary his Queen.
