Cara Delevingne is the star of Chance the Rapper's new video

In the short clip, Cara is the ultimate retro beauty in a 1930s esque pale blue gown, with her hair styled in loose glossy waves. The young model showcases her natural beauty in almost no make-up save for a slick of red lipstick for a touch of glamour. Set to star in the film adaptation of John Green's Paper Towns later this year, Cara gives fans a glimpse at her acting skills in the short clip as she conveys a range of emotions. In the video, the pretty brunette is seen waiting backstage, looking nervous, while trumpets play in the background. As a passer by whispers something in her ear, she begins to look sad before slowly making her way to the stage. As she arrives on stage, Cara puts on a seductive smile, before the clip ends. "This is scoring. It's called a Silent Film," explained Chance the Rapper as he unveiled the video on his Twitter account. "You have to rely on music and expression acting. Nothing Came To Me."

Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment - Nothing Came To Me

The short clip is only a preview of the full video, although the release date for the completed project has yet to be announced. The single will feature on the rapper's upcoming Donnie Trumpet & the Social Experiment album, Surf. It comes as no surprise that Cara has chosen to act in this latest project – she has always been vocal about her desire to move from the modelling world to acting. "It wasn’t a conscious thing," she has previously admitted. "I just suddenly got one movie and then another one and then another one. That's what I want to do so it's a transition I'm going to make."
