Burlesque beauty Dita presents her glam new lingerie range

She's been hailed as leading the revival of Forties-style glamour. Now burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese has channelled her unique style into a lingerie selection.

The porcelain-skinned beauty, famed for her seductive striptease routines, stars in the new campaign for the retro line she has created for Wonderbra. The three ranges are named Multi-Teese, Spot-Teese and Satin-Teese.

A limited edition, the collection goes on sale in Europe on September 23 and is inspired by popular designs of the post-war era.

"Lingerie shouldn't be something you just put on for your lover; you should do it for you," says Dita. "It's not about seducing men, it's about embracing womanhood."

The American is the latest in a line of international beauties, such as Eva Herzigova, to have modelled for the company
