Prince William

Prince William is King Charles's elder son with his first wife, Diana, Princess of Wales. He grew up at Kensington Palace with his younger brother, Prince Harry, and still keeps his London office there.

William married the Princess of Wales, née Catherine Middleton, in a grand royal wedding at Westminster Abbey in April 2011. He is the proud father of Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The family moved out of London in 2022. The Waleses now live at Forest Lodge in Windsor Great Park, although William still carries out engagements in the British capital.

Upon the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and the accession of his father, King Charles III, William became the Duke of Cornwall and the new Prince of Wales in September 2022.

William completed seven-and-a-half years of military service and is a former air ambulance pilot. His charity work and engagements are primarily centred on the environment, mental health, homelessness, sport, and the armed forces. The Prince launched the prestigious Earthshot Prize in 2020, with the goal of finding and scaling solutions to repair the planet by 2030.
