Christina Aguilera has proved she was a true romantic at heart when she shared the sweetest update with her fiancé Matthew Rutler. The singer, 42, gave fans a glimpse into their love story to mark a very special milestone - her fiancé's 38th birthday on April 5.
They have been going strong for 13 years and the lovebirds have been engaged since Valentine's Day 2014. While they are very much in love, the couple seem to have no plans to rush down the aisle any time soon.
Now the songstress showed off their best moments together in a heartwarming tribute to her love. Amazing photographs showed the pair enjoying sun-soaked vacations to glamorous red carpet appearances. Of course Christina looked incredible as she showed off a number of different looks.
The tribute played to the tune of Evergreen, by Richy Mitch & The Coal Miners. Alongside the pictures, Christina publicly shared some romantic words for her fiancé. She wrote: "Happy birthday babe, love doing life with you."
It sparked excitement among her huge fanbase, with one saying: "One of my fav celeb couples." Others added: "Very lucky guy to be holding it down with Diva." "Pictures so beautiful together god bless you family."
Christina and Matthew remain very family focused, bringing up their eight-year-old daughter Summer. The singer also has 15-year-old son Max whom she co-parents with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman.
And she may be a huge superstar loved all over the world but Xtina's number one job is being a mom. In a recent interview, the mom made rare comments about supporting her children.
She told PEOPLE: "I've always, always wanted my kids to just be their happiest best selves, whatever that means to them, I will always support it. "She added: "Every child is different — I've definitely learned that, everything from education-wise to their personalities and what their interests are."
