Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to get new neighbors as Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have sold their Montecito mansion.

The three-bedroom home went for $13.5 million two months after they put it on the market at $13.9 million; they purchased it in late 2021 for $12 million making them a cool $1.5 million profit.

Ellen, 64, and 49-year-old Portia sold the property, a ten-minute drive from the former British royals, to Soren Urry, a managing partner in a commercial real estate development firm.
The property has a "stucco and terracotta-roof structure" according to Dirt, and was built in 2018.

It has three bedrooms and foyer bathrooms and sits across on single-level of living space with "soaring ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces," with a "dual-sided fireplace and floor-to-ceiling Steelcase doors, and a dark-hued gourmet kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island and high-end appliances".
The master suit features dual walk-in closets and a marble bath, along with an outdoor shower. The garden is landscaped with natural grasses and olive trees, along with a fireside lounge area, dining space and built-in barbecue.
The home sold for $13.5 million
The television host is a fan of flopping homes, and has reportedly bought and sold more than 20 in the last 20 years.
The pair have been buying up real estate in the popular coastal town outside Santa Barbara for several years.
They also recently purchased a 12-000 square foot home Villa Tragara for $21 million, and they own the $14.3 million Rancho San Leandro estate right next door to Oprah Winfrey’s “Promised Land” estate, and a $49 million compound.
Meghan and Harrry's home follows a neutral colour scheme
There are many more stars that reside in the popular Santa Barbara community.
