Royal residences on the big screen
From the British institution that is the James Bond franchise to classical period dramas written by literature heavyweights, there have been many films that have featured royal residences in their scenes over the years. If you're a film fan, you'll likely have spotted many yourself.
Whether it's Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London or the Houses of Parliament, these iconic royal and cultural landmarks make fantastically regal backdrops on the big screen. Click through the gallery to see just how many silver screen moments were captured in the halls, courtyards, and gardens of these recognisable landmarks.
We're still not over it…
We're still thinking about the Duchess of Sussex's sensational looks at PFW last weekend. The HELLO! team loved her all-white ensemble so much that we've found some lookalikes. We also loved her black evening gown that she wore later that night, seen in the photo below.
Meghan Markle will be joined by her husband Prince Harry in New York City on Thursday evening to attend the Project Healthy Minds gala. The royal couple, who wed in 2018, will be awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award. We cannot wait to see Meghan's fashion moment later.
King Charles hiring 'pivotal' help at royal residence
King Charles has a large team around him already, but it looks as if the team at his Norfolk estate, Sandringham, are looking to expand. An advertisement for a Marketing Manager role has been shared on Instagram, describing it as a "pivotal role". Fancy yourself a job alongside the King? Read our story to find out about the details of the job specification.
Ciao for now…
That's it from me! Hope you enjoyed keeping up with the royal news this Thursday evening. I'll be leaving you with our writer, Rebecca, who is over in sunny LA and will be bringing you more updates as we edge closer to the weekend.
Royal night out
King Charles and Prince William have made a rare joint apperance at the Natural History Museum in London for the 'Countdown to COP30: mobilising action for climate and nature', an event that sees changemakers tackling climate change and nature loss all come together ahead of the COP30 Summit.

William's entrance to the world stage
The outing comes after it was revealed that Prince William is to attend the Cop30 global climate change summit in Brazil later this year. William is travelling to the South American country for his Earthshot Prize awards in Rio in November, but will stay on to join world leaders at the UN conference in Belem in the Amazon.
Kensington Palace confirmed the prince is to attend the summit on behalf of his father, and give a speech, with the announcement seen as a major development of the heir to the throne’s responsibilities on the world stage.
A future artist?
The Princess of Wales made an unannounced visit to a Home-Start centre in Oxford on Thursday, and during the appearance, the royal told sisters Mariam Namakula, 30, and Sumayya Nabatanzi, 28, about her daughter Princess Charlotte's creative streak.
Mariam spoke to the press after the Princess left and revealed: "Kate was saying [that] Charlotte enjoys the outdoors and doing activities, and making things."
Do we have a budding artist in the royal family?
Royals in the Big Apple
Tonight, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be honored as Humanitarians of the Year for their work on mental health. The gala will kick off with a cocktail reception and immersive artistic installation by Keith Lissner, before an awards presentation hosted Carson Daly, host of NBC's The Voice and The TODAY Show.
After Meghan's surprise appearance in Paris last weekend, I'm very intrigued to see what she may wear at the gala...
Red carpet arrivals
HELLO! is at the Gala tonight in New York City, but there's still no sign of the Duke and Duchess, with bad traffic reportedly to blame.
Savannah Guthrie and her husband Mike, chairs for the evening, have arrived, with the Today host looking stunning in a slinky black dress reminiscent of a negligee, with YSL clutch and Chanel jewelry.
Power couple alert
Harry and Meghan have arrived! Power couple, indeed.
Gala menu
The Gala is underway with two awards presented so far. Guest are dining on burratina, a vegetable ash-crusted filet mignon or zucchini-scaled seabass, followed by a caramel poached baby pear for dessert and wine from The Calling, a California-based winery.
Delicious.
That's all for now!
Thank you for following along us with today! I'm closing this blog, but we have a running gallery here where you can keep up-to-date with Harry and Meghan's goings-on in New York City, including footage of the Prince's cheeky gesture!
