Clocking Cat Deeley's daily This Morning outfits has become as much of my everyday rituals as my morning coffee or taking my supplements is. I don't think there's a day goes by that Cat wears a bad outfit, and Wednesday's look was no exception.
Wearing a checked jersey midi dress, Cat was 90s grunge vibes with the green mix dress, reminiscent of checked shirts we all used wear in the 90s.

© InstagramI spotted the TV presenter's dress on the M&S website, priced at £36. Called the Lyocell Blend Checked Midi Column Dress, it is showing as one of M&S' most popular dresses of the moment, with over 100s of shoppers viewing it.
I can see why it's so popular. Cat's wearing of it aside, it's a flattering contemporary fit, cut from breathable lyocell blend fabric that makes it not only cooling to wear, but comfortable too.
A neat round neck and long sleeves give it a classic look, while the ruching at the waistline adds a hint of texture, whilst also serving to hide a tummy or hips. I love this point of interest here, as it makes wearing a long column dress much easier - it breaks up the long dress.
The dress finishes with a floaty midaxi skirt, bringing the contemporary and the classic together.
It's selling fast, with some sizes sold out, but at the time of publishing you can grab it in sizes 10 - 20; there's also the option to choose different lengths, including petite, regular and tall.

Monday saw Cat wear a Mint Velvet Knitted Tank Top with a River Island Suede Mini Skirt, accessorised with a pair of gentle pointed court shoes. I loved the combination of textures, mixing suede and wool for an on-trend autumnal look.
