Arnold's teen son finds enterprising way to raise pocket money

Brought up without an allowance from his parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger's 15-year-old son Patrick has come up with a novel way to earn some spare cash. The savvy teen, son of the California governor and his wife Maria, charges his friends a small fee to attend parties at the family home.

This week cheeky Patrick, the third of the couple's four children - they have two girls and two boys - invited 100 pals to a bash at his family's LA residence and then charged a $5 a head entrance fee.

"Arnie doesn’t give Patrick any allowance, so this is his way of earning money," a mum of one of the party goers told a British newspaper. "Arnie thinks it is a good way of teaching him a work ethic."

If he continues with the scheme at least some of the youngster's money is going to have to go towards practical party matters though. "My daughter came home starving because there was hardly anything to eat," she added
