Lady Gaga and Britney make plans to collaborate

Lady Gaga is apparently planning a collaboration with Britney Spears.

The Poker Face singer was spotted backstage at Britney's Femme Fatale concert in Atlantic City at the weekend.

And a source told The Sun: "They sat for around an hour gossiping and talking about collaborating together on a track – Gaga already has two songs in mind." 

Britney couldn't resist giving a shout-out to her famous fan at the gig, telling fans:

"I have a very special guest here tonight, Lady Gaga is here!" before blowing kisses in her direction, reported the LA Times.

Contrary to rumours of a rivalry, it appears the two singers have a mutual respect for one another.

Lady Gaga penned a few tracks for Britney before she hit the big time.

And the Hold It Against Me singer caught the Monster Ball Tour when Lady Gaga came through LA a year ago.
